Our Mission

We exist to spark joy and passion through music, movement, and meaningful connection. At our core, we believe every dancer is deeply loved and called by God. Our goal is to inspire each student to love others, honor God, and pursue excellence.

Rooted in Christian values and the Fruits of the Spirit—Joy, Peace, Patience, Kindness, Goodness, Faithfulness, Gentleness, and Self-Control—we create a welcoming space where dancers grow in skill, confidence, and character.

With instructors who’ve grown up in our studio, we joyfully pass on a legacy of faith, friendship, and a lifelong love of dance.

Twinkle Star Dance is the perfect balance of structure and fun! The Twinkle Star Method is comprised of four pillars - Skill Building, Center Movement, Just For Fun, and Showtime.


 It includes both recreational & competitive dance program for dancers in techniques of Ballet, Tap/Jazz, Hip Hop, Lyrical & Contemporary.

Our Circus classes include all Acrobatic Arts, Aerial Arts & Performance, Kids Circus and Acro-Dance classes.

Our Story

Ignite Dance Arts began as Elite Dance Studio, founded by the Mock family and rooted in Berryville for 18 years. In 2017, longtime dancer and instructor Melanie Pierce stepped in as director, carrying forward its legacy with a renewed vision.

Ignite was born from a deep desire to breathe new life into the studio—introducing programs like Acrobatic Arts, Twinkle Star Dance, and Aerial Arts, while igniting passion in dancers for both movement and a relationship with God.

We are committed to raising up the next generation of dancers in a creative, wholesome, and faith-filled environment. As a modest studio, we thoughtfully choose costumes and music that reflect our values and honor God.
